Before using the E Publishing Platform, you need to prepare a mobile phone number to register a platform account, create an organization, or join an organization.
You can create an account via the web or the mobile app. Account data is shared across both platforms, so you only need to register once.
The account information editing function allows you to update your personal information, including username, associated mobile phone number, and associated accounts, change your password, and deactivate your account.
This ensures that your E Publishing account information remains accurate, enabling full functionality and smooth daily operations.
The device addition function helps you add new devices to your E-Publish account. Through this function, you can easily manage multiple devices via same-network automatic discovery, device ID binding, or mobile APP QR code scanning, and associate them with your account for remote control and management.
The remote control function enables you to manage your devices online anytime and anywhere. No matter where you are, you can conveniently monitor device status, perform operations, and adjust settings by using the remote control function of the E-Publish platform, thus achieving convenient device management.
The scheduled power on/off function allows you to automatically set the power on/off time of the device as needed. By presetting the power on/off time, you can achieve automatic device management, save energy, and ensure the device turns on or off automatically when required, improving the convenience and efficiency of device use.
The device unbinding function helps you unbind a device from your account. When you need to remove or replace a device, you can use this function to unbind it from the account, facilitating the rebinding of new devices or other operations.
The group management function allows you to group devices as needed for easy management and organization. You can group devices based on their location, purpose, or other attributes, and perform centralized management and operations on different device groups, improving management efficiency and operational convenience.
The batch operation function helps you perform unified operations or settings on multiple devices simultaneously. Through batch operations, you can execute the same action on multiple devices at once, such as remote control, program publishing, etc., eliminating the tedious steps of operating each device individually and improving management efficiency and work productivity.
The content upload feature allows you to upload materials that will be used on the E Publishing Platform into the system. You can upload various types of content such as images, videos, and documents to the content library for later use.

The program publication function enables you to send created programs to specific devices for the audience to watch. You can select the program to be published and the target devices, and specify the publication time to ensure the program is displayed to the audience during your desired time period. Through the program publication function, you can achieve information transmission and display, improving the efficiency and accuracy of your information release.
The system will record information about the programs you have previously published, including publication time, target devices, publication status, etc. You can view the publication records to learn about the release status of each program, including successful and failed publications, as well as any issues that may require adjustment or correction. The publication records help you monitor the effectiveness and results of program releases, providing references and improvements for future program publications.

The material audit and program audit functions help administrators or designated auditors review materials uploaded and programs created by regular users. After a material is uploaded or a program is created, the system will automatically submit it to the auditors for review. Auditors can check the material content or program information, and evaluate and determine whether to approve it based on preset audit standards. If not approved, the material or program will not be published.
